Frequently asked questions in regards to the 2020-2021 season

1) Are the age groups going to remain the same?
The age determining date will remain the same for the 2020/21 season.

2) Will the competition rules for compulsory and optionals will remain the same for the 2020/21 season?
Yes. The new program will roll out in May of 2021.

3) Will the new code come out prior to the 2021 Olympics?
The new code of points will most likely happen in 2021 after the olympics but I think it was ready to go.

4) What will the National Championship Format be like for 2021?  Is there going to be an East/West Nationals?
There was a qualification process approved for JO Nationals this year but it was not put into affect since the competition was cancelled. East/West Nationals will not happen until 2022 at the earliest.  2021 JO Nationals are May 12-16, 2021 and the women’s program will be having their Level 10 Nationals at the same venue.

5)  When are Regionals going to be?
2021 Regionals are April 7-11, 2021. Wednesday-Sunday to allow for more sessions with less kids in each session.
